BMTS Technology Acquires Melett to Strengthen Global Aftermarket Business

BMTS Technology, a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier, announced today that is has acquired Melett from Wabtec Corporation (NYSE: WAB). Melett is a leading company in the global turbocharger aftermarket, headquartered in Barnsley, UK. Melett expands BMTS global aftermarket business with focus on the remanufacturing sales channels.
