BMTS Technology St. Michael receives Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) certificate 2021-2023

BMTS Technology in St. Michael, Austria, has been awarded the Certificate for Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) 2021-2023, the highest Austrian certificate for exemplary and sustainable investment in employee health. The certificate is the result of the continuous commitment of the BMTS plant in St. Michael to improving work organization and the working environment.

Workplace health promotion incorporates all measures taken by employees and employers to ensure a healthy workplace. This includes not only strengthening the physical, mental, economic, and social well-being of employees but also considering work structures, processes and environments. A health-oriented corporate culture and jointly designed operational framework conditions should enable employees to lead a healthy lifestyle, because productive, qualified, and motivated employees are crucial to a company’s success.
