For our location in Novi Sad we are looking for a

TPM Technician

Resolve safety issues on all equioment
Repair equioment failure (downtime)
Determine root cause failures and alleviate issues on assigned equipment
Record all unscheduled down time on equipment
Communicate usage, needs and sourcing of components
Assist in the implementation of projects
Assist in the installation of equipment as requested
Assist in the development of continuous improvement activities as requested
Preventative and predictive maintenance activities to maintain and improve equipment uptime and performance while enhancing OEE
Independent repair and maintenance of equipment and devices
Troubleshooting and fastest possible restoration of system availability
Troubleshooting and analysis of technical equipment
Production of spare parts according to factory drawings or hand-drawn sketches
Participation in the continuous improvement process in maintenance

At least Ill degree of education in technical direction
At least 2 years of Professional experience in the maintenance of complex production plants
In-depth knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics desired
Basic knowledge in the field of machining (machines and plants)
Independent, quality- and goal-oriented working method
High level of quality awareness, team and communication skills
