Your Tasks:

Financial Planning, Forecast and Analysis
Consolidating the monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual statement of accounts
Group and shareholder reporting with KPIs
Developing an IT supported framework for a forward-looking controlling (corporate and financial controlling)
Focus on increasing IT driven (Automation) approach of systems and tools (i.e. SAP, consolidation and business warehouse software)
Guiding group wide standardization of systems, tools and ways we work in Finance & Controlling
Formulating and managing business’s financial systems incl. developing financial models
Accounting as per IFRS 15
Consolidation of Cash forecasts
Orchestrating and preparation of forecast, budget and mid-term planning processes
Group Project controlling: Sales controlling – R&D controlling
Practicing a proactive communication with stakeholders and the team
Ability to manage a transformation process

Your Profile:

Up to 10 years of relevant work experience
At least a Bachelor degree in Finance or Economy or similar
Experience in the Automotive Industry
Profound professional experience in comparable position of an international medium-sized, manufacturing company
High interest in IT driven functional transformation processes
Willingness to work within international project teams and to support other BMTS locations
Strong leadership skills (leading and building a strong team, motivating and inspiring employees)
